Dashen Bank has just launched Amole Lite, a new and simplified version of their signature banking app powered by CR2’s Digital Banking Platform.
According to CR2, Dashen’s project partner, the concept was inspired by the idea that customers don’t need a full-service banking app, especially if they don’t have enough storage space on their phones.
Amole Lite meets all banking needs on smartphones, including simultaneous access to bank and wallet accounts, offline USSD login, and security via SMS notifications, all while taking up minimal space.
Amole Lite is now available for download in Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, and English from the Google and Apple app stores.
