Compared to the same period last year, the price of Arabica C coffee increased by 86%. According to the Coffee and Tea Authority, it is now being sold at £206.5 – 210, up from £110.7 a year ago.

According to Tatek Girma, Director of the Market Development and Promotion Directorate of the Coffee and Tea Authority, one of the main reasons for the increase in the price is the decrease in Brazil’s supply, which supplied more than 35% of the world’s Arabian C coffee.
