Female-led idea stage companies from Ethiopia, Senegal, Tanzania, and Tunisia are invited to submit their applications for the ECA’s first Tech African Women program, which is being launched in partnership with Betacube.

The TAW (Tech African Women) initiative was established with the goal of enabling female founders to use their abilities to build strong tech firms from the ground up, to hasten the conversion of project ideas into tested business models, and to forge connections between various African ecosystems.

All participants must be female between the ages of 18 and 35, have a tech startup idea that addresses at least one of the SDGs, be citizens of one of the targeted nations: Tunisia, Tanzania, Senegal, or Ethiopia, be readily available and committed to attending all bootcamp sessions in person in addition to the online incubation phase, and be able to communicate fluently in either French or English.
