The 6th Pan African Humanitarian and Investment Summit, being held in Turkey under the theme “Stronger Together: Strategic Partnership for a Prosperous Africa” Commissioner Lelise Dhugaa was one of the recipients of the Pan African Change-Makers of 2021 Award receiving the special recognition of Leadership Excellence in Public Service and Tourism Development.
Lelise Dhugaa was recommended for her outstanding leadership qualities, persistent and revolutionary strides to nation-building by creating a solid leadership and entrepreneurship space for socio-economic development.
