The Development Bank of Ethiopia announced that it is preparing to invest in innovation by financing innovative ideas. A business model has been developed that is in line with the country’s investment needs and mission.
The bank is working to provide 19 billion birr loan this budget year and an independent unit has been set up to carry out this and to provide a great opportunity for young people to get involved in investment. A development research unit has been set up to provide capacity and market conditions in each region as well as important policy ideas.
