The Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) said its exchange platform trade today 17 December 2021 commodities worth of ETB 532.9 million.
In the last 14 years history of ECX, today’s trade value is a record performance with a value of Birr 532.9 million per day or approximately USD 11 million.
ECX said ‘The Commodity Exchange will continue to strengthen its visionary efforts to engage in legal, intellectual and technological marketing that will benefit the people and the country by incorporating new agricultural, mineral and industrial products into the modern trading system.’
