The Ministry of Labor and Skills of Ethiopia has announced a new project launch with the support of 4 million Euros from the Italian government to connect agro-industrial parks with micro, small and medium enterprises and provide better and skilled manpower to improve the services of one local center and develop it into a work center.
The Ethio-Italy cooperation project is expected to be implemented in three regions of Ethiopia (Amhara, Oromia and Sidama) and is expected to be implemented with the support of 4 million Euros from the Italian government. Initial documents were presented to the beneficiaries of the project and the Bure, Yirgalem, and Bulbula Industrial Parks. Stakeholders are expected to participate in the annual planning of the project, reach consensus among the regions on the preparatory work and further strengthen the relationship between the sector and the agro-industry.
