Ethio Telecom has just completed the installation of its new cutting-edge cloud-based data contact center at the newly opened Addis Ababa Science Museum.

The center is expected to modernize and address previous shortcomings of its call center services (994), which were solely limited to separate voice services and social media requests. Furthermore, the hub will play critical role in automating and standardizing the process of receiving and responding to customer requests via various channels such as voice, SMS, e-mail, websites, social media, and Chabot, resulting in instant responses and reduced customer wait time.

According to FBC, Ardi, a recently launched chatbot, has already begun assisting customers with their telecom service needs on the Ethio Telecom website.
