The council considered a draft Technology and Innovation policy that is centered on the use, adaption, and coping with technology in medium and large-scale industry and service institutions.

According to FBC, on March 26, 2022, the Council of Ministers passed a resolution on numerous matters during its 6th regular session.

The Council opted to apply the Technology and Innovation Policy after it was published in the Federal Negarit Gazette, citing the policy’s importance in other industries such as tourism, mining, and ICT.

Draft measures to regulate the organization, power, and function of 11 executive institutions have also been approved by the Council.
