Dashen Bank, one of the country’s largest private commercial banks, has appointed five new senior executives to help the bank reform its organizational structure and handle the departure of two senior executives, Henok Kebede (Amhara Bank) and Yared Mesfin (Tsehay Bank). Four posts were filled internally, while the fifth was filled from the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.

With over three decades of banking experience, Ayele Teshome was named Chief Banking Business Officer, followed by Eyerusalem Wagaw as Chief People Officer, Mesfin Bezu as Chief Interest Free Banking Officer, Mulugeta Alebachew as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, and Yohannes Million, ex-CBE VP of Digital Banking, as Chief Digital Banking Officer.
