In the last six months, the agricultural sector has earned $1.323 billion, 109% of the target, from exports. This is an increase of $323.6 million (32%) over the previous six months.
According to the Ethiopian Ministry of Agriculture, Agriculture accounted for 70% of the country’s gross domestic product.
