As part of the BRIDGES program implemented in partnership with First Consult and funded by The MasterCard Foundation,
What is required from you as a host company:
– Willingness to host Interns for three months on three-days-a-week arrangement
– Defined roles and responsibilities for the Intern(s)
– Designated supervisor for the Intern(s) to follow up their performance and full attendance
– Agreement to provide letter of internship experience for the Interns upon completion
– Potentially provide job opportunity at the end of the program (but this is not mandatory)
Support from The Talent Firm:
– Provide Interns who have graduated in
* BSc in fields of Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial and Leather Engineering,
* TVET Graduates in Textile, Garment, Metal, Leather technology
* BSc in fields of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, CoTM (Construction
Technology and Management) , Urban Planning and Development,
* BA in fields of Social Sciences ( Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Social Work, Management,
etc)
– Arrange meeting and provide orientation for Interns and supervisor at host company
– Pay monthly internship allowance to Interns
– Follow up with host company about performance of Interns and provide support that may be required by Interns/host company
