Ethiopian Airlines has won the 2022 APEX Regional Passenger Choice Awards for ‘Best Entertainment’ and ‘Best Cabin Service’ in Africa, according to a tweet from the airline.
The Passenger Choice Award is granted to airlines who have made world-class advancements in Seat Comfort, Cabin Service, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, and Wi-Fi.
Passengers on more than one million flights and over 600 airlines from around the world were asked to provide anonymous feedback in five categories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, entertainment, and Wi-Fi.
