Ethiopian Airlines, the national carrier of Ethiopia, has teamed up with cargo.one to offer its air cargo services for instant booking on the digital marketplace. Freight forwarders can book Ethiopian Cargo capacity via cargo.one to a wide range of regions including throughout Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific starting from late Summer 2023.
The move is part of Ethiopian Cargo’s ambitious growth plan to become one of the top 20 cargo airlines worldwide by 2025. By joining cargo.one, Ethiopian Cargo will grow its visibility with agents worldwide and offer customers accessibility, online experience, and control in the booking of its capacities.
Ethiopian Airlines operates the largest air cargo network in Africa and serves 130 destinations through both its freighters and passenger services. Along with its extensive connectivity, Ethiopian Cargo offers freight forwarders high-speed and priority shipments, as well as great flexibility. With the partnership, Ethiopian Cargo gains access to cargo.one’s expertise in digital sales, further enriching its digitalization journey.
