Members of the Ethiopian Diaspora around the world have raised over USD 2.2 million through eyezonethiopia.com application for conflict victims in several parts of Ethiopia who have been affected by aggression of the terrorist TPLF Group, the state media reported.
The Ethiopian Diaspora Agency developed an “አይዞን” application in partnership with Chapa Financial Technologies and has managed to raise more than 2 million USD within less than a month from 12.6k donations by diaspora community.
The Agency thanked the Diaspora calling for enhanced mobilizations of resources in response to the humanitarian situation in Ethiopia.
