CFO Forum Ethiopia is an annual event for CFOs, senior finance professionals, and other relevant stakeholders with the purpose of creating a platform to find practical solutions for Ethiopia’s critical financial challenges. The forum aims to facilitate a result-oriented networking platform for finance professionals and to create an impact by becoming a commanding voice in the finance profession.
The 2022 CFO Forum will be held on October 13 at The Sheraton Hotel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with the theme of: ‘Ethiopia’s IFRS implementation- the journey to date and the way forward’.
The topics of discussion for this year will address the rampant challenges of IFRS implementation since its adoption in Ethiopia and pinpoint action steps to expedite the way forward.
The forum is organized by HST in partnership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Our speakers and panelists are representatives from key private and state-owned banks, the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE), ACCA, CFOs from selected local and multi-national companies, and other stakeholders.
