The business idea should aim for social impact in addressing challenges of the community
Group: Applicants must be in a team of 3 to 5 people
Age: The challenge is open to youth aged 18-29
Education: Applicants must complete at least secondary level education (12th grade)
Location: Teams must be from the following cities: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Jigjiga, Adama, and Hawassa
Language: At least 1 team member must be able to speak and understand English
Females, people with disabilities, internally displaced, and refugees are highly encouraged to apply
ID: Applicants are required to have the latest Kebele ID or driving license, a passport or an officially recognized identity card
Availability: If chosen, teams must be able to participate in an orientation, Bootcamp for 8 days, and coaching sessions and a chance to compete globally, if selected.
Teams cannot apply if:
o They have an already existing business idea
o They have already received funding from other sources for the project
