The Ethiopian Diaspora Agency, in collaboration with Chapa Financial Technologies, has announced that it has so far collected over 1.1 million USD through an application launched by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.
Funding was raised through the ‘eyezonethiopia.com’ application to assist those displaced due to the on-going war in Ethiopia. The agency has called on the Diaspora to continue its support.
