The newly established Talent Development Association aims to impact Ethiopia’s talent ecosystem through working in the areas of workforce development policy, capacity building, certifications, labor market insight, talent research and networking.

According to Dr. Gemechu Waktola, CEO & Founder of The iCapital Africa Institute, who lead the formation of the first of its kind association that works for Talent Development in Ethiopia has said member’s registration is soon to begin, and official launch is planned for end of this month.

The association is founded by highly experienced talent development experts and practitioners in Ethiopia.  

The association has been registered as local organization on January 28,2022, accordance with the civil organization proclamation.
