According to the latest financial audit report released last week, Nile Insurance made a profit of Birr 134 million in the previous fiscal year, marking a 17% increase from last year.
In 2020/21, the company wrote a gross premium of Birr 547 million, up 14% from the previous financial year. Meanwhile, its claim expenses increased by 6% to nearly a quarter of a billion Birr.
