The Ministry of Mines (MOM) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for International Competitive Bidding for Consultancy on a Bankable Techno-Economic Feasibility Study for the Establishment of Natural Gas Based Fertilizer Plants.
The Ministry of Mines invites all interested, qualified, eligible, and experienced firms or companies to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the preparation of a detailed Feasibility Study for the establishment of the Fertilizer Plant. Consultants are encouraged to submit expressions of interest either individually or as part of a consortium.
No Consultant may submit more than one EOI, either individually or as part of a consortium.
