Aiming to fill the gap in the skills of young people graduating from various universities, and to prepare for work besides formal education, the Ministry of Labor and Skills, in partner with MasterCard Foundation and the American College of Technology, has completed the second round of coaching. The program is part of a five-year job readiness and skills program in Ethiopia. The training was attended by participants from all regions, including Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa.

The program, which aims to produce 400 trainees in three years, has trained 42 trainees in the first round and 63 trainees in the second round.
