The African Development Bank is looking for a firm to perform an audit of Ethiopia’s Tulu Moye Geothermal Project as part of the lender’s due diligence procedure. This request for Expression of Interest (EOI) scope includes – Lenders’ Financial Model, Tax and Development Cost Auditor.

The assignment consists of conducting a financial model, tax, and development costs audit for the lenders’ due diligence process for the 50MW phase 1 of the Tulu Moye Geothermal Project in Ethiopia.

The development bank expected the service to start in May 2022.

Tulu Moye Geothermal Operations PLC (“TMGO”) was established in December 2017. The company signed a Power Purchase Agreement and the Implementation Agreement with the Ethiopia Electric Power (EEP) and the Government of Ethiopia on December 19th, 2017 and restated documentation in March 2020, making it one of the first independent power projects in Ethiopia.
