The newly established Talent Development Association aims to impact Ethiopia’s talent ecosystem through working in the areas of workforce development policy, capacity building, certifications, labor market insight, talent research, and networking.
According to Dr. Gemechu Waktola, CEO & Founder of The iCapital Africa Institute, who lead the formation of the first of its kind association that works for Talent Development in Ethiopia has said member’s registration is now open and the official launch is planned for mid-march.
