H.E Dr. Fistum Assefa, Minister of Planning and Development, explains the progress that the Ethiopian governments made in the implementation of the 10-year development plan and achievements shown in the first year, despite covid-19 and domestic challenges.
It is further stated that the government-led rehabilitation and reconstruction plan which is under preparation will be aligned with the country’s medium-term development plan, and the government will create a favorable platform for all stakeholders including development partners, civil societies, and citizens to take part in the medium-term development plan and rehabilitation reconstruction program.
