The Ministry of Finance stated that the main task of this year is to use the budget economically. The main task of the Ministry of Finance this year is to use the government’s budget for its intended purpose through reshuffling budgets as per needs and ensure its effective usage by avoiding misspending, said the Minister of Finance, Ahmed Shide.
The Ministry of Finance and its affiliated institutions presented their respective first quarter performance report for the fiscal year 2014 and the next 100 days plan at the Ministry’s meeting hall on November 7, 2014.
Speaking at the event, the minister praised the first quarter performance of the ministry and its affiliated institutions and insisted for an efficient and cost-effective implementation of the100 days plan based on the new government structure.
